Select "PayPal check out" to complete your order in the shopping cart. Funds are instantly debited from your existing PayPal balance, on-file credit card, or on-file bank account. 

Credit Card or Bank Transfer
We accept instant payment by credit card or bank transfer/debit via PayPal (select "PayPal" option during check-out), as well as alternative methods. You do not need a registered Paypal account to check out. PayPal acts as a gateway to process funds from your credit card, or (where available) bank account via "eCheck". Transaction displays on statement as "PAYPAL *EFOS ARTADN". Allow 4-8 business days to process eChecks.

Do not use the online cart - send us an email with your full name, shipping address, and the items you wish to purchase (include item #'s). We will send you an invoice via email with your total within 24 hours.


Shipping Rate

Shipping cost is based on the weight of the item and is flat rate across all destinations worldwide. Total cost of your order is automatically calculated by adding "per item" cost. 

All in-stock orders will be shipped within the next 3-5 business days (excluding holidays and weekends).

All international orders are shipped by Thailand Post via Standard Air Shipping method. Estimated delivery time is 15 days

If you wish to receive your order in less than 15 days, you will be charged extra for shipping in order to get it to you in time. Please contact us directly and we will arrange the shipment accordinly. 

We can ship to any address in the world once we receive payment.

Customer is responsible for all duty rates, customs and brokerage fees. Please note you may be subject to additional taxes and duties imposed by your customs.


Return Policy

At Dive, we would like you to be completely satisfied with every single of your purchase. Your satisfaction is very important to us, so we will do our best to deliver high quality products and extraordinary customer service.

Dive Inspire's Return Policy offers you a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee on all of our merchandise. If the return is in any way a result of an error by Dive Inspire, we will provide a 100% credit or refund on any item. Please ensure to indicate the nature of the error when requesting the refund and we will provide you with further instructions. If the return is not a result of an error by Dive Inspire, you will be responsible for all shipping cost and duty incurred for the order and return of the product(s).

3. Send your package via UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT or insured international carrier that offer tracking. 

 If you choose to exchange the item(s) for reason of mismatch with the order or receipt of a defective/damanged item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of charge. However, an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock.
